By registering on our Website, booking a consultation or measurement service, or placing an order for blinds, curtains, or other products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

We strive to display our products on the Website as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen types, settings, and lighting, the colors or shades of products may differ slightly from their physical appearance.

We strongly encourage you to visit our showroom to view fabric samples and confirm product quality and color before placing an order.

While every effort is made to ensure that our products match the descriptions provided, minor variations in shade, texture, or pattern may occur. Such variations will not entitle you to reject the goods or claim compensation.


3. Measurements

All our products are made to measure. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accurate measurements are taken for your windows or spaces.

If you require assistance, please consult our “How to Measure” Guides or contact our team for advice. Before confirming your order, you must carefully review the product details, dimensions, and your email order confirmation.

Since our products are custom-made and cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or cancellations due to incorrect measurements provided by you.


4. Order Processing (Telephone & WhatsApp Orders)

Our customer service team will always repeat the order details back to you. It remains your responsibility to verify the order confirmation.

If you place an order through WhatsApp, we will request your confirmation of the details. Once you provide confirmation, we will treat it as final approval. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors in measurements or details once confirmed by you.


5. Refund Policy

Upon receiving a returned item (if applicable under our policy), we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.

  • If your return is approved, we may, at our discretion, either remake the product or issue a refund using your original payment method.

  • Refund processing times depend on your bank or card provider. We do not have control over these timelines and are not liable for delays caused by third-party institutions.

Please note: Custom-made products are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects.
