How long does delivery take?

All our products are made to measure and thus we have no readymade stock. Milling, customizing and delivering at your doorsteps takes a time span of about 4-6 weeks, taking the style, fabric, and other features that you choose for your curtains and blinds into consideration. As soon as our experts at our workshop confirm the making times with us, we will let you know via an email, the expected dispatch date of your order.

How do I measure my window?

We can make it simpler. Take a photo of your window and send it to us via WebChat or email, and we will guide you exactly on how to measure.

We have also given a Measurement Brochure for any kind of window treatment on this site. Just a glance through it and you can be a professional in no time.


Do you sell poles/tracks?

Yes! We have a collection of custom-made poles and tracks. Have a look at our custom-made poles and tracks to know more.


Can I have a free sample?

We supply returnable samples to help with your fabric selection for your window treatment.


Is there any return option?

If you aren’t satisfied with your curtains or blinds, within 50 days we’ll pick them up for free and give you a full refund. Read our Return Policy to know more.

Are all components supplied for installation?

It depends on the product you ordered.

Roman and roller blinds will be supplied with all of the components including brackets and cords, that are needed for installation.

Curtains are supplied with hooks.

Poles and tracks can be added to order while you choose your curtains. If ordered, poles will arrive with rings, brackets, screws, and rawl plugs.


How can I clean my curtains or blinds?

Minimal care and cleaning are only needed to keep your curtains and blinds look fresh and great. We recommend periodical cleaning of your curtains and blinds using a vacuum cleaner on low suction or dust it with a soft, clean cloth or feather duster. It is advised not to clean your curtains or blinds with liquid of any type, this may mark, stain and discolourise them.

Is your fabrics ideal for upholstery?

Yes, not just for curtains and blinds, our fabrics can also be used for upholstery.


Will I be notified about the delivery date?

Yes, you will receive an email from the Curtains Dubai Team, usually a few days after your initial order, as soon as our workshop confirms the making time required, with us.


Do you charge tax on orders?

Yes - like with any purchase made in the UK, VAT will be added to all orders made through our website. For orders made by customers located outside the UK, additional taxes or customs duties may be applicable. If you are ordering curtains and blinds for delivery outside the UK, please double check whether additional taxes or duties are payable to avoid any surprises when you receive your curtains and blinds.
